Open Interdisciplinary Ph.D. Positions (Start Spring 2019 and Fall 2019):

Our lab has open Ph.D. positions (RA funding) in the area of urban resilience, network science, and informatics. These positions are interdisciplinary (not limited to civil engineering students). Interested candidates from civil engineering, computer science/engineering,  network science, and other related disciplines are encouraged to apply. Depending upon the background of successful candidates, they may enroll in the Ph.D. program in either Civil Eng. or the Interdisciplinary Engineering program of the College of Engineering at Texas A&M. Open Post-doctoral Research Associate Position (Start Immediately):

We have an open position for a Post-doctoral Research Associate in my research group at Texas A&M University (Zachry Department of Civil Engineering). Looking for a candidate with strong background in Urban Resilience and Complex Networks (Network Science) solid analytical and computational modeling skills + a strong record of scholarly publications + the ability to lead multiple sponsored research projects and write grant proposals. The position will start immediately and will be for the duration of one year (likely to extend depending on the performance of the candidate and availability of funding).
